the front tucks in pretty well, whats in the rear 10 inch travel??
Cheers Ben, Yeah not sure on the final spec on these shocks? I blew the first set that went in that were Boss Shocks and Shane from Suspensions Stuff sorted me out with these which are his own which i think are dobinson. The length is good in teh back but last weekend i blew the rear Left again as i have not sorted my rear Bump Stops damn it. Ya kinda get away with it until you start pushing really hard and we did last weekend and its all over again. Have not told the missus yet.....
Yeah i am pretty happy with the front end on this although i reckon the front on the GUIV moves even better than the GQ!! The difference between the two is on the GU i run a rear sway bar only and the GQ i only run a Front sway bar?? Need to loose the front and put a back back on asap
Here is a better pic of the front of the GQ (compare it to the Silver GUIV Club pic )

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever. WARNING: Towballs used for recoveries can, and do kill people and damage property.
is it true you anly have white patrols because they show off the mud better than other colours jmho

a bit of 70x70 on the diff will sort that out straight away. The sway bar will make a difference to travel. so will drilling a 13mm hole north and south of the crush tube on the front radius arm bush it gives the crush tube more room to move.
