Welcome to the forum.
You’re supposed to mount the canopy onto the chassis, not the roof rack! Ha ha.
With the coils having a lower gvm than the leafs you’ll have to very careful with weight.

Yeh thought about that but the old steel tray and heavy duty steel box I used to have on easily weighs more the the canopy.
Any ideas on paint??

If you want to match the paint to that of the car, you’ll find the code for it on the VIN plate, under the bonnet on the firewall. I had to respray the sills & bottom of the doors (badly stone chipped) & took the code to a local auto paint supplier & they mixed it for me. I can’t recall the name though... something like Arctic White I think ..... but don’t quote me on that.
It’s not so much the weight of the canopy but all the stuff you can fit inside it! After fitting mine out mine weighed in at 3700kg - 300kg over the Leaf’s gvm. I managed a bit of weight reduction but still needed to get a gvm upgrade.
