Question Gearbox differences between GQ and MQ?

Can any one tell me if there is any ratio differnces between GQ 5 speed and MQ 5 speeds. I know they have different bellhousings but are the gearboxes the same ? Also is there any differnces in the transfer boxes and how would you tell them apart GQ/MQ ?

I believe the transfer cases are different, but can't advise you on the diffeence. As for ratios, my guess knowing what else I have discovered, they will be different also.
