Problem is only with the happy thread, is AB limiting who is allowed to be happy.
I tried clearing the cache and still happening.

Still doing it.
I will try from work to see if it changes with a different internet connection.

Does it at work too and on my phone so there must be a block on my login to prevent me from accessing the happy thread, that makes me unhappy.
