    GQ Styleside Ute

Just thought I'd put this up, because there don't seem to be many around. I've had this one since 1990. Pretty stock standard. NA TD42. Ridepro leafs and dampers (which made a lot of difference in comfort and handling). Recaro seat. (Best thing I ever did). And lots and lots of maintenance over the years. I've never done much extreme stuff, but it has covered many thousands of k's of dirt tracks. Mainly in the Victorian and NSW High Country. All in all a very reliable and capable vehicle.

Mate with the exception of the Snorkel and bull bar, that would have to be the most factory original truck I've ever seen.

I know the parts manual shows a ute back, but it's the first time I've ever laid eyes on one.

Nice truck and welcome to the forum.

I don't think they are available any more. Even in the late 90's, Spare Parts told me that they were only available as Left side, Right side, Floor, Tailgate and the bar over the back of the cab. That bar was around $700 back then and the sides were $1200 each from memory. So pretty expensive to put one together. Lucky I already had one.
I also have the unused rear bar and step somewhere. Will put a pic later on. It wouldn't fit with the Hayman Reese towbar.

Great looking UTE, don't see many well backs these days.
You may find the KIA tray may fit if you want to try .
