I currently have:
a worked 4.5L GU wagon as my weekend toy
a gen 2 pajero as my daily driver
& building the vitara that was my 1st 4wd into a comp truck

I named my GU "GUS"(reference to gus the snail from Mr squiggle lol) as I've built it to go slow off rd
GUS has 6" lift 35" muddies & a whole host of other goodies
oh & wild98 I see you're from my home town Adelaide I grew up & lived there for 17 yrs(born & lived in PNG for 3 yrs & have lived here in NSW for since 2003 so that makes me almost 30yrs young)

98 GU 4.5L ST auto: 6" lift, TJM winchbar, 4.6 diff gears, 43% transfer gears, custom rock sliders, custom bump stops, plenty of dents & scratches, 35" muddies - still to come: F&R diff locks, twin 3" stainless snorkels, UHF, rear 1/4 chop, custom tube rear bar, winch & other custom goodies.

yeah my old folks live there as do all my cousins, aunt/uncle & 2 of my sisters.
wife & I try to get over there for Christmas every yr or so
hopefully be expecting our 1st rug rat soon so prob won't be going over to Adel for quite some time
