Cheers Gas and Tonks .... Got it flipped around today.
Had minor issues with sorting out the long and short bolt placement but She is in now.
Still need to mount control box properly but ran outta time .
Thanks for the assistance.

Gday,
finalised the Tigerz winch install....overall pretty happy with the product and the ease of install.
Time will tell on its viability of course....but the Clan Wagon isn't a Comp Truck, and I always do my preventative maintenance so it should be sweet.
Edit photos hopefully squared away now
Cheers

I am yet to mount the controlbox though, its currently sitting inside the bullbar top recess....trying to workout what I want to do.
I also will have to get a die-grinder out and modify where the rope exits the hawse, its currently running from the bottom of the winch and over the steel bar.
Hopefully just grind the steel down on the bar, and maybe need an offset hawse....wont be hard.
Pretty happy with the kit, had everything required including longer mounting bolts. I stripped it down and had a look inside, also rotated clutch lever 90 degrees.
Its not hard to uninstall,so its not going to be hard to maintain regularly. Hopefully get to give it a work out soon.

I did the same thing and offset the number plate so I could slide my hand underneath to flick the wireless remote switch

Gday Tonks,
the bar already had a pretty large cut-out in the top of it, I wanted to recess the controlbox inside but leave the remote-plug accessible above the bar.
There are two long, thin bolts and nuts going into the Tigerz control box mounting plate (bent mounting plate with two screw holes on base of control box), via some dodgy steel brackets I bent out of some scrap steel and screwed to the inside rear of the bar.
I then used chequer plate ali to stop any lateral or forward movement of the control box, and just screwed it to the top of the bar.
Siliconed up the gaps and ran some silicone around all accessible seals on the controlbox.

Does everyone like their winch? I got a 12000lb one with steel cable. Not long after I bogged the tractor and slasher in tee-tree slush down so far in the front that the sump was resting on the mud - the front axle was swallowed and in the rear the slasher was lifted all the way up and it was still dragging in the mud. I did a 30 meter single line pull with the back of the patrol tied to a tree. No drams!
