Where to get turbo checked

Good evening all i am only new to the site and if its ok i would like to ask where is the best place to send a turbo away to get checked its a safari turbo kit of a gq 4.2 diesel , after i pulled the motor out of this car i was concerned about the amount of oil in the turbo, vehicle has blown motor and oil in air cleaner and turbo , i am located in newcastle and the only place here is bensons turbo cardiff . the vehicle has picked up four pistons and scored the bore . but thats nothing we cannot fix thanks for your time regards jase
