    Hey Buddy,
    Love the drawes,going to start building some on saturday,just unsure about the sliders,how did u make them not pull out all the way?also is there a way you can pull each drawer out after there installed?
    good looking build!!

    Thanks mate , I used 25x25 box tube and bearings for the drawer sliders , I got it so the drawers come out about 3/4 , I have a length of flat steel bolted to the end of the drawers this hits a small peice of 25mm angle which is attached to the drawer frame .
    all it takes is 2 screws to take the 25mm angle off which then allows the drawers to come completely out ( hope this makes sense )

    I got longer bolts to suit the existing tie down points in the cargo area and used them

    Ahh such a simple way,was trying too work out for ages hahah!!!,was going to buy some sliders but the bearing option seems cheap,stronger and best of all SIMPLE!!!One last question,what thickness timber did u go with?
