So I got the Tyre back and the only thing wrong was mud in the bead that stopped it from sealing. :banghead:
All fix now though.

next time lay the tyre on the floor and hose it so all the bead has water pooling on it and you will see bubbles if it is the bead.
you can use a high lift jack or tyre bead breaker or just drive on the tyre makeing sure you dont hit the rim! (easy with 2 ppl as the tyre will want to slide some times) to pop the bead off then clean it out yourself shouldnt take any more then 20 mins. just make sure you remove the valve first also.
