what duel tyre carrier have i got?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone would know what brand this carrier is, was on car when I purchased it and have no idea what brand it is, any help would be great thanks

There were two of these for sale on Fleabay in Perth a month or so back, I couldn't get any details off the seller for them, either.
I haven't found a manufacturer for them, but I believe they are made in West Aus somewhere...
