The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
WARNING: Towballs used for recoveries can, and do kill people and damage property.

Rear locker
Overhead console and move UHF
Replace rear sliding windows and frames
Install pyro and intake temp gauges
Fix gearbox (running, but new flex plate, torque converter etc going in)
Rustproof underbody
Roof cage/rack
Reversing camera (got the unit, just need to install camera itself)
Dual battery setup
Fridge slide (drop down style) on drawers in back
New windshield rubber
New front seats
new rear bar (doing myself)
Hmmmm ... might be others ... but that's it currently ...
Add super flex arms to that list .. drop boxes have done their job, but figure the front end can use all the help it can get to flex up more ...
And maybe a 6" Off Road Boss lift and 35" tyres ... but that's closer to the point of de-registering it and turning it into a play thing ...
