yep yep, powder coat normally occurs at less than 200c, that wont hurt aluminum rims even, also PC paint will have a really strong adherence even w/o any prep other than a good cleaning or phospating.

i tried to put a 16 on mine and it wouldnt fit over the brakes.

to paint your rims this tip I learned does the trick use half trigger to spray on dry give a light dotted coating then give them a full coat works well and lasts
