    '97 GU 'Troll Questions

    G'day Folks,

Has anybody on the Forum from the Adelaide area replaced their standard Aux fuel tank with a 78 ltr replacement tank from 4wd systems. If so was it easy enough to do yourself ?

I'm getting the Auto Lokka installed and was looking at getting a replacement tank as well, if the tank is easy enough to install ( Can be done in a day ) I will do it meself.

    Many thanks.

Pretty easy job mate, you will do it in a day by yourself no probs, unbolt, drop it, un plug and install in reverse.

    **Side note.

You will find you will get better responses if you put the subject of your question in the thread title mate, "97 GU Troll Questions" is probably a bit vague? If you had put a title like "fitting a long range Sub Tank into a GU?" you may have got a bit more traffic through your thread. Your question has the same answer for a 1997 through to 2012 GU mate so dont limit yourself.

All good bud, here to help mate. Cheers.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
