The guys at BGT brakes in Dandenong Victoria were very helpful for supplying pistons for my twin piston fronts. No one else seemed to know or care.

I used to work in a brake shop and this is how we did it.
soak callipers in hydrochloric acid for an hour then use wire brush attachment on small air grinder to clean the calliper and piston. if there was any pitting or grooves in the piston or calliper they were binned. then just a matter of rubber greasing the piston, calliper and seals and put it back together then bleed them. most of the time we would paint them silver to make them look flash.
