Drivers window rattles in Mav and Gq also I guess

Have a look at inner panel of door where inside handle/arm rest screws in plastic insert.
This area around insert might be cracked through from pulling on armrest to close door.
Mine was.
I had a small think 10-12mm square pipe, cut a piece about 400mm long and braced, drill and screwed this inside door across this area top to bottom.
This made a huge difference to rattle.
and shutting the door now feels much better.
the baly channel is worth replacing to if it's worn and chances it is.
