    Cool Madrivers Patrols :D

    Hi

I own a 1989 GQ LWB TB42 auto patrol for a year now and i'm the first person in 20 years to take her off road

I bought her stock and then i went broke doing her up

    She has
30mm lift in the back to level her out with all that ballast in the back
Quadruple battery system with two blue top optima and two Full river deep cycle batteries
    Ferret Dual Rear Light Holder
    Ferret Hi Lift Jack holder
    Ferret Shovel Holder
    Ferret Tyre Deflator
lots of lighting including all LED/HID lights with a Christmas tree on the back and HID's underneath
    Home made rear storage unit
    7" touch screen
    10.4" reversing camera screen
    Uniden UHF
    Uniden AM
    Upgraded Alternator to 160amps
    Twin Capstan Hydraulic winch

    Plans
"Borrow" my dads 33" Maxxis Bighorns
    2" suspension lift
    1.5" body lift
    more lights
    steel bull bar
Upgraded power steering pump to 60l/m
    and a couple more patrols

    Now some photos

When I took her on her first 4wdrive trip every

    The Twin Capstan Winch

    lights and more to come

    The upgraded Alternator

    Inside the cab

Flex test with my built in ramps

    And the Ferret ballast

    Cheers TRev[hr]

    Thats one and heres another

1975 G60 MWB with a P40 engine conversion, PTO winch, 5 speed conversion and a MQ front diff and i'm loving every second i drive it

    TRev[hr]

And i've save the best for last

    A 1978 G60HWU MWB Heavy Duty model

Plans for this is to stretch the body and stick it on a GQ Diesel coil sprung chassis or P40 with a 4 speed with MQ diffs

    Welcome to the forum Trev.

Are those pics at Lancelin? Great to see another Sandgroper. Don't forget the poll about what state you live in. We need the numbers man.

    Take care out there.
