    Mt Cole State Forest

Went there with my wife over easter and found a few 1st gear low range tracks. Only explored about 1/10th of the place though. Some tracks I wouldn't try in the wet though, they are pretty steep and rutted.
Good mix of rock, stone, ruts and dirt (mud when wet) on steep tracks and beautiful surroundings. Nothing too extreme just good old crawl pace technical text book 4wdriving except for maybe a powerline track which was very steep and long with huge erosion ruts.
The orange patch at the bottom of the hill was already 25 degrees although it looks flat in the pic, then you can see how steep it rises at the second pole.
Will definitely go back there again and explore more.

Am hopefully heading up there next weekend, those tracks look a bit too much for me though. Might just sit by the fire with a book.
But then again I might just go for the more sedate tracks, got to start sometime!!
