Well folks nearlly a year since we left for this trip! Was awesome!! I am going to post a couple of pics I just found on FB.

Check this out guys! This is the Birdsville inside track. When I did my central trip in 2010 it was this wet for long sections. Going into Mt Dare was like this!!!

Nah it wasn't, he ran some tape from the antenna to the flag to stop them flogging each other out. They wld have smashed into each other the whole trp.

The only rain we had for the entire trip was the night in Oorooroo. It got very cold at night and the few nights without a fire meant for early nights for all.

I took 60lt bladder for cooking and washing up and 2 x 10lt casks for drinking. I used 15lt for drinking. My bladder is more than half full.

Yeah but not up the hardest route. AB got up but just not via the steepest track. In fact Everyone got up Big Red eventually via lesser tracks and everyone gave the steepest track a good bloody go...

And that's as close as he got!! If you have never been to Big Red I can tell you tha where AB is in that pic is heart braking!! Thought he got it. The last 5m sorts it out!
