Bugger all. ...... drove it Friday for the first time in a week only for a short trip.

Last weekend only drove it briefly to go to bunnings... this company car bizzo is really extending my service...

My front sway bars bolts were all loose after this trip mark and they are all brand new with captive nuts. .. the rear as you know i snapped a bolt on the sway bar link on those switch backs...

I have had to book my car in to ht's to have the clutch booster rebuilt as i have run out of time.... big trip next weekend and not much time to get it sorted so opted...

Lucky i kept the other door winnoe as i did need that mechanism. . The window works perfect now.

Yeah long over due... did this mod in my hilux and was very handy but got lazy when it came to doing it in the patrol.

Fitted an in cab switch for the winch..

Now i dont have to scramble for the controller when in a hurry while the car sinks into a big bog hole or is hung up on a steep hill climb.

Replaced a front axle seal and thought i would just regrease the bearings but i should have put a complete rebuild kit through as things were not so great. ..

Did not have a kit so cleaned...

I just filled up the aux tank with about 73lt and no leaks , yay !!!!

I need to get one more bolt with a nylex nut as the one for the back near the drive shaft was short by a bees dick...blah.

Finished installing my aux tank and it all looks like a good fit... just need to go get some diesel and test it.

Much better doing it my house than AB's shitty rock drive.

Winnie I will text you... as for the tank it has had diesel in it but no biggy at all.... you will need the fuel sender as I do not have another.

It comes in a kit so do not know how much the pipe would cost on its own... ring LRA and find out if they sell it on its own.
