You shouldn't need that tool or the head fks.. Just give the knuckle a good belting with a DECENT hammer and it should drop out!

Around 50ml for 5000km.
Topped up fluids and drained the Provent. Don't need to open the bonnet for another 3 months :D
Fitted an opened ended tradie rack last week... Waiting for the awning to arrive.. But might have to get rid of the rack seems i only have about 1" clearance from the carport roof with both tanks...

But these "Vesconite" bushes stop all the dramas that are caused from the factory/ebay bushes from flogging out.
Nothing.. still waiting for the postie to rock up with my fancy new "Vesconite" bushes to replace the crap in the stock zd30 belt tensioner. No more issues for me again... well unless the bearing...
Finally replaced one of the clips on the airbox today after it fell into the engine bay 10mths ago and vanished into that black hole that nuts and bolt go to.
Just broke the first rule of ZD30 ownership... Brought a Belt Tensioner off Ebay.. Hopefully it doesn't explode while trying to fit it.
Fitted 2" HD Dobinsons Springs and Shocks.. Much nice to drive.. looks better to... well once i upgrade from the current cheese cutters.
Fitted one of Mudski's Dawes/Needle Valves/EGR Plates to the GU this morning... got the base settings in... Will drive for a few days and let it settle then start tweaking it.

It's ok under hard acceleration but it's getting up there with only light acceleration... sitting on 7-8psi at 60km/h and 10psi at 80km/h.. Will give it a few days to settle and see how it is.
Finally fitted my EGR blocking plate before... Only been sitting on the bench with my Dawes stuff for 3mths..... Now to go for a spin and see what happens boost wise, then i guess i'll be fitting...
