TB48 have shims on the valve spring buckets & usually tighten up so I don't think the rattle would be there, maybe cam chain hydraulic adjuster or something, does the oil light go out quickly?

I have been told I need Consult II, I have an OBD2 plug under the dash but it doesn't appear to talk the later language.
Its a bit hard to bring it around as I am in Northern Vic above...
