Seems my silver top is on the way out so dragged out the other blacktop I had. Owner stated was brand new and did around 400kms then cooked and died due to not replacing the radiator....

Bonnet blocks from patrolapart. Genuine ones. Boxes and guards from MW Toolbox. They are the 750mm ones. The guards from the same mob they were double sided I just cut to length

That's just how they came. I've had issues with double adjustable bars coming loose before so I'm good with these ones
I'm keeping the tray short. It had a 1200 steel tray and canopy on it. I'm keeping to the 1200 but going ali canopy. Basically no tray. Just a frame to mount the canopy on

Going well. Pillar done. Windscreen frame straightened. Inner guard and braces welded in. Top rad support welded in. Good doors and guards test fitted. Gaps are near perfect. Pretty happy
