That is possible. I have tried 2 different springs, a stock one and a heavier. Both the same.
Still stumped as to why it has an AFR of 22:1 and smoking. Thinking one or two cylinders must be running...

Looked at the sheet again and it dips at 17:1 and tops out at 22:1.
Wound the star wheel up again last night and still smoking at the top end. Egts not going over 500° pre turbo
AFR figures are obtained on a dyno. Dips to 18:1 and is slot of excessive smoke, which is why I'm asking the question. I'm thinking there's something else wrong.

I have had it on the dyno for a tune and its still a bit smokey, pours out the smoke down low at 18:1, but still...
