I got mine done in an Opposite Lock store. $330 but that was in NSW. But their other stores might be worth a call. Have you looked up baby car seat places? They would know people.

Pretty keen on getting a price but without gauges if you still do that sort of thing.
I would be keen on seeing the install instructions if anyone has a set.
Must be different turbo, 3" dump pipe not 2.5". But no exhaust included. No gauges but that doesn't worry me too much I would like to go the redarc with boost and pyro together.
Thanks Robo but want to stick new gear on it, cheers though.
Yeah they do the same kits I had in the post. Same price.
Is there anyone on here know anyone doing deals on kits?
Hey mate,
I was just looking at new lights as 1 of mine is flicks on and off. Where did you get them? what $$$ if you don't mind telling?
Just had a look at the Fatz. Probably adding another $500 to the ever increasing cost. I will have to leave enough for the divorce settlement if she reads this.
Yeah, daily driver. 100kw isn't that much but a lot different to 65kw. changing the pump ups the $$$ more. I did see a 11mm this morning for $1k. I have looked at the DTS as well but I don't want the...
Hey mate,
I thought about it but with the piping and intercooler and hoses etc, I really don't know what I would need and length of hoses etc. With the very big chance of getting the wrong stuff and...
Hi everyone,
I am looking to install a turbo on the old Mav and looking at something like this http://hpdiesel.com.au/gq-patrol/nissan-patrol-gq-td42-intercooled-turbo-kit-suits-winch

There's a handy excel spreadsheet on the myswag forum that helps calculate expected amp usage for various things (fridges/lights etc), then you plugin your batteries/panel sizing etc and will give...
Just wanted to check Covo71, I can't find a queen size, just the duo. Is this the one you bought?

Not sure if cheaper...
Just don't rush it. I fold it in half and lie down it for a minute or so then start rolling it up. Doesn't take too long. Rolls up the same every time. The roll up size was really important for us....
Appreciate the replies everyone.
Money is not my issue, just the correct info.
My research into self inflating mattresses has begun.
I bought the exped duo10 single first as they are expensive....
On my other 4x4 with an ARB commercial bar I remember when it slid over the chassis rails
other than the side bolts it also had one that went top to bottom.
Good news its on ,,,,tick
Yeah it had...
After you clean up the rust and paint it, you might want to use fish oil or another anti rust product on the whole area. I used fish oil between the winch cradle, chassis and alloy bar to make sure...
Yep, cut them level and the bar went on without too much trouble after that. Thanks for the help.

No, I had to bend them out not in
Would it really be a problem if I ground off the bottom of the body mount bracket level with the bottom of the rail?
What brand of bar is it? You might have to grind off the the edge that is hitting the bracket. In the photo I can see that the tie downs are bent in wards.
It's an ARB bar. If I grind the bar it...
Hammer the bottom bit of the brackets out of the way as they are just tie down eyes for when the vehicle is being shippedeld the. If you can't, I suggest taking it to someone who can cut the crappy...
I have bent them straight but the bar sits outside the chassis rail underneath. It fits over the rail fine but hits the body mount brackets underneath.

Welds are shit , rust is a big problem for you as well , not easy to weld vertical up with a stick but very easy vertical down with mig , no use putting a new bar on imo with it looking like that ....
