I have heard that you can wipe the code with scangauge if you have one not sure if the Di version of the tool does the same thing?

I tried it on the old truck and didn't really notice a difference. However, wouldn't touch it in the new truck! Don't know what the consequences are and have heard they are advrse. Sorry can't help...

the MAF in the troll is right after the air box not after where the breather connects to the pipe , thus has no oil or soot on it at all. I checked it earlier.
