Went with alloy on the Oka to reduce unsprung weight, the original split rims are very heavy. Also wanted to go to tubeless tyres and the only one piece rims available at a reasonable price are alloy.

They cummins can be pretty pricey here in Oz, plenty of them in the US where they fit them to all sorts of different vehicles. Also very reliable and can be modded to produce good economy with heaps...

I'd reckon the 43% would be enough for most normal use, 85% would really only be required for rockhopping etc in most cases.
