So many factors to take into account but both tb and td motors are known to get over half a million kms if looked after
I always use just a light smear on both sides of the gasket and never had a leak

Correct, can go up to .80 but no more with out problems

It's cable driven if you pull it out you will see you right pedal pull down so it must link up to the throttle cable
Any better on economy
Get a td42 and you won't look back plus you will spend more time off road in the bush than on a hoist
I believe milweld do a nice tube rear bar

I went through the same thing but no there not, check flea bay or local wreckers otherwise pwr radiator keeps everything cool
I believe they are identical but any accessories would likely be 24 volts not 12 volts
Did you notice any differences between the 2 inch shock compared to the 3 inch
Take the liner of inside the guard and there will be numerous bolts undo them and it should come off, do a quick google search and you will see the bolt locations
Have to love the enthusiasm to get the old girl back on the road
I have never had neither front or back and have not been picked up (yet)
