Hey guy's, chasing a set of good condition 4.3 front and rear diff centres. I'm in the albury / wodonga area.
Matt.
Went out for a little wheel last night to finally see how the locker is. Completely changed the car, crawls over things that needed 4,000rpm before the locker :) and found a waist height stump to...
Got the front locker in and diff rebuilt. Also got a harris hardcase.
Also got the rear light sorted and the power to the rear 12v socket sorted.

Oh yeah, also tore the passenger side engine mount, could fit my hand in the middle of it. And collapsed a gearbox mount. Had to get my aux tank off the tailshaft out bush. Replaced the mounts today...
Finally remembered to get out and take some while flexed up. Still has more plenty more in it.

Just ordered a lockrite front diff locker :)
Love the car mate. Need to find time to read through the full thread :)
Nice gu mate, love the sedate mods
Been doing some thinking and research. Decided on some more mods after getting the aircon regassed and winch working again. Will be a front locker, then some reduction gears :) Get the old girl...
Thanks threedogs. Keeping the gas, runs well on gas I hardly put over onto petrol.
Picked up a 2.5x3m awning for $50 off a rollover, L brackets and alloy backing was knackered. Bit of flat steel and m6 high tensile bolts with lock nuts sorted it out :) cut the side off the roof...
That's the plan mudnut :)
Thanks stropp :)
The superflex arm.

Been a long time since I have posted anything on here, still been lurking around now and then. Got rid of my old GQ 11 months ago now, and 4 month's ago I couldn't go any longer without a 4x4. So the...
96 turbo non intercooled. Going to be sure to add pyro and boost gauge this time. And a fmic and 3" exhaust.
Just wondering if any one has any idea what the armada cylinder heads are like? My rd28 has cracked the head and I am looking at getting the armada head kit through Horsepowerworld. They sell them on...
Had this pic for a while, thought I'd throw it up.

No matter how it's driven, fwy, around town, towing, 450-500km's to 85 litre's. The last tank only got 400km's to 85 litre's :/
I know it sounded healthy, but it was slow as. Mate of mine said his gotta introduce me to one of his mates that has a stock tb42 shorty that's ment to move along quite well. My fuel is wound up...
I have to say my rd28 performs quite well, climbs things offroad that a mates n/a td42 cannot and beats tb42's on road. The only downside is getting off the line with a heavy trailer and 35's on.
No concern on hijacking mate. I'm here to learn anything and everything I can :)
So found out where my fuel was when I got the car wouldn't of been standard. As had it wound back to there and just...
Guy at my local arb has the twin arb compressor in the case with the small tank and said he runs his rattle gun off it with. I drama's at all.
The arb twin compressor is still number one in the $501-$1,000 and for the $510 mine cost me. It's well worth it. Goes way quicker then the pumps at the servo's to :)
Last time I inflated mine up...
I'll take the boost controller off tonight if it doesn't rain and again and see what happens. It's just a cheap eBay job manual boost controller. But yeah it's only happened since dropping the...
