Why you need E-FAST? As I know it's for oldtimers only... like MQ/MK models and older. All Patrols GQ/GU in FAST system.

This catalogue works from 1988 GQ till 2007 GQ and GU. So most of the models must be there.

If you hear rubbing sound best is to remove wicnh open it and see what can be wrong. It's really easy to fix it. I bet you have problems in main shaft maybe it's bend? Do some service for your winch....
