its the internsl pump adjustment nothing user servicable . Its part of the pump set up

I do machine work for a local Injection shop . The set up specifications for the pump dont seam to be right . to much advance !
After my pump was done up...

well here is the update .. pulled the head off . machined the head fitted new valves and hardened seats radiator replaced with a brass copper one . water pump , all back together and working fine .....

my next one will be a Torsen .. I dont want anything hanging off the diff housing just waiting to get ripped off

thats why I have it fitted to the front ! ts not for going fast its for traction in the rough stuff . low range only

where does the engine breather come into the inlet system ?
does it have excessive crankcase pressure. I think it might be breathing a bit heavy its running on the fumes . disconnect the breather...

I think you will find it is the set up inside the injection pup .
have seen a few here that are rowdy on cold start .when its cold . to far advanced ... mostly with the 12mm Mod .
