I know you might see thread titles as bold but that basically means it is a thread that has a post inside it that you haven't read yet.

Hey mate, we software won't let us make the title of threads in bold or bigger font, etc unfortunately.

Inside the post you have your normal options such as Bold, Italic, Font type, colour, etc...
