Got the front seats reupholstered to re build the bolsters (side bits) and firm up the base foam. Lasted well from '89 to now so should be good for another 20 yrs or so.

Fitted a new section of vacuum hose from the brake vacuum tank to the metal pipe after removing the old piece with a "tee" fitting that used to power the old cruise control now upgraded with a new...

Stuck some foam lagging along the leading edge of my ply floored roof rack / sun shade to reduce the wind noise at 100 / 110 kms that I can now hear since I removed the AT tyres and fitted a set of...
I have the standard 15" rims and have 31 10.5 15 AT tyres that result in the speedometer being 5 or 6 kms slow at 100 110kms.
Given that 16" rims presumably result in a far greater range of HT...
Rotated the four Silverstone AT tyres after balancing the ones going on the front. Damn things just won't wear out but figured the fronts needed another re-balance as the steering wheel indicated...
Fitted additional rubbers (conveyor belting) above the lower chassis to make up for 25 odd years of wear and compression. No more steel contact and no more noises on slow sharp turns. Seems to work...
