Nope...
Gonna see my sparky sometime this week as I think he's curious too
Thanks folks - still stumped...
Checked the multimeter on another battery and it seems ok...
Need to check it on the wife's car when she gets home.
Spoke to local auto sparky who tells me...
yeah I'm thinking I might try that - it is bizarre
G'day - I've just spent an hour rigging up an anderson on the plug on the GU. Got it all completed and did a check of the voltage at the plug and it was 25v...
So I went and checked at the battery...

Yep daily driver / work car. Bloody expensive though with a trailer in tow - getting around 20/100 which seems pretty ordinary around the city... 500kms/wk so it adds up...

For a car that aint cheap you'd think they would get that stuff right hey
i don't know whose idea it was to replace the vinyl/plastic trim with the silver stuff in the GU's but its a shocker for fade/chip and scratching.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
Great job - lots of time invested there.
Easy fix and all good! We had a similar problem for ages and tried various fixes. In the end it was a change of tyres that made the difference. Our Kuhmos had 80 000 on them and looked good for...
