Don't worry about guys and girls unless you've got a dismounted carby, I just tried taking pics of mine and nearly broke my camera tryna get a decent picture of the assembly....don't need any...
He noticed that i had them both on the one side and mentioned it, thought it was pretty rediculous idea making a regulation out of it himself lol...you gotta have them about about 12 or 14 inches...

Righto I might have to try an locate him and see how he did it...probly have to get some custom mounts made up....I wonder if it would need QT inspection and approval.
I still gotta set the points and all, just gotta rotate the motor a little to get on the high lobe, I gonna try get a new condenser but the old one should suffice for now and i'll keep an eye on it...
just wondering if anyone can post a picture of the throttle, fast idle cam and choke assembly of a GQ4.2 carby, I think just one pic of that side of the carby would help heaps....i've just put a kit...
oh and another thing....if the rotor button was facing the first cylinder plug point, should the conact breaker rubbing block be on the cam lobe ?....on the high point of the cam lobe even...
how crucial is it to install a new condenser unit when installing new contact breaker points....the manual says to discard the old one but location of a new part has me putting the old one back...
