Maybe he you bought it from have turned up the fuel delivery on the injection pump? Check if the screws are plombed, also check if the air filter is in good condition. If the air filter is blocked of...

The rd28t is a 6 cylynder engine, i dont think u get the rd serie in 4 cylynders

You need a bigger plunger in the fuel pump to make 200hp the stock one is only 9mm. A big gt28 will get you enough air and is almost a direct bolt on
The bolt for the harmonic balancer can loosen up
