Just did mine with the help of a mate who is a diesel fitter, thought it might be a 1 hr job....3 hrs later it was done, lots of bark missing from 4 pairs of hands..like to get my hands on the twits...
Replaced all 4 of them today, you need to have hands of a 5 yr old to do it though as my blood trails over the engine bay confirms it lol, cost was about $50 for the 4 of them and 3 hrs to do it.
Opps, sorry, not enough info..motor is Y61 3.0L ZD30DDTi series 3, 2002 with 150 k on the clock.
Injector oil seals
Had annoying oil leak from around the injectors and intake manifold, did a clean up then ran the engine for a few minutes and the leak is coming from the injector oil seals, anybody done the removal...
When I purchased mine back in 02 the pressure cap was on the overflow and the non pressure cap was on the radiator, never changed them around so not sure
Yea, my second post, I have a series lll 3.0 patrol 2002 model, so far been going great but do have annoying oil leak somewhere around the injectors. Love the rugged patrol and been on numerous trips...
