The bottom 2 bolts on the brackets are socket head cap screws and are countersunk for added clearence, every bit helps!
Maybe it would be easier to just fit the bracket that suit the arms?

As an industry insider that has had a lot to do with this debate, I can assure you the issues are not entirely with the 3rd party companies but with the specific media group and there 'investment' in...
WOW, thats a big pump! I hope you have more than 1 belt driving it? a 90l pump running at 2200 psi ( rec max of a lsht motor) can chew 30hp at the crank. IE have a look at the size of a 20kw electric...
Any disconnect that has a pin (in shear) to disconnect will make noise as you have to have a bit of clearance to allow the pin to be removed and re fitted easily. The new superior ones only have to...
from memory there are 5 different axle combinations and each of those have different diameters or steps along the shaft. 33/34 and 37 spline are all available (have even heard of 31 spline rears OS)....
also forgot to mention, if you have the driveline strength, when belly up you spin the wheels hard and then hit the brakes, the inertia throws weight forward and can sometimes un-stick you.
we run water in our comp truck, 40" tires filled to the top of the rim! Just make sure you have decent chromo cv's. We have also run steel shot - about 80-120lbs per tire. steel shot is better for...
welding rods or a chassis brace! choice is yours.... hahaha
1000hp !!!!!!!!!!!!thats insane.... What MPH did it do the 10.8 at?
5% increase in revs at 1:1 is roughly the 5% increase in drive torque, well worth the effort IMO.
But your title is about spline count??? Are they both H233's? if so all rear will be the same. If...
we run the 'toyota' (#230-6368 group65 size 303x190x191) one as our starting battery 880CCA and 2 group31 1000CCA for the 24v winch. I just bought a new one today for the dual battery setup in the...

Superior Engineering has alloy body blocks for $16 each which is cheaper than most poly blocks.... far better choice IMO.
1 in Vic / tas and the one that surprised me was in Thailand that was driving 350km each way to get to a comp, 35 degree ambient am the road felt like 70...
As above, trepadore's! We have had them all, I even sold my 39" red label bfg krawlers to buy our 3rd set of treps. MT's do not even rate, they wanted to sponsor our comp truck but we turned it down...
I know a couple of guys (sho ponies) that street 37 stickies full time. Both have clocked up over 15,000+ km's. Even I was surprised how well they have lasted. I reckon we have done 500km's on our's...
nah, H260's were available in almost any model, There was no rhyme nor reason behind fitment, just a lucky dip....
no probs ben, we should be taking the buggy to tough tracks rd1. CBT racing want me to do hyd assist on there comp truck asap as well.
IMO, refresh your whole system! Ideally upgrade to GU box and pump, only cus it will be newer, the strength differential is tiny. The sector shaft / piston / power heads are nearly identical. The...
The 'drive flanges' are the similar to the ones on the front of a full-time 80series, They are a fixed drive flange rather than a free wheel / locking hub. A standard nissan locking hub can only...
as a bit of an industry insider, I can tell you the suggested brands are world apart as far as build and material quality go! While O'seas doing R&D for some suspension stuff, I was offered to buy a...
early GQ leaf ute! as they generally have TD42, H260 rear diff and some even had drive flanges on the front diff instead of locking hubs.
The leaf rear also can carry more weight without the chassis...

IMO the 8" is too big, unless you are changing the diffs to 'full size'.
