I bought a step ladder from bunnings ($60) to aid opening the tent. Makes life MUCH easier :clapping: Fits in the back and packs nice and flat.

We got Ironman. Package deal with annex $1650 fitted.
And MunRunner is right as well. You don't need to get all your gear from the one mob.
It's all about budget and desire.
Those prices seem about right, although the tent is a bit pricey (and not what I would choose). No, they may not be that much better. But ARB is two minutes...
The only weight in the tent is the people and the bedding and that is an unlikely problem while moving. The tent sits on the roof rack so, again, not a weight issue for the tent.
