Can confirm that's the oil pressure switch which can be had for ~$30
Front lockers aren't standard, so if it has them it's aftermarket. Springs will be tough to identify but look to have been originally yellow so possibly King Springs, assuming you have googled the...
Anyone who is critical of anyone else's choice of 4wd is a flog. No need for it... Unless that choice is an F250 of course.

Thanks for all the messages guys, I read on here someone had an issue with their Dawes valve which caused this and sure enough... I pulled it out, gave it a clean and we're back!
I had a go and didn't see anything obvious, a few small leaks on the intercooler but this change in performance was very sudden. I'm not sure whether an intercooler leak of this size would form so...
Hi all,
I'm trying to track down a boost leak on my '09 GU but having very little luck. I have a dawes + needle valve and have replaced all the hoses, removed the intercooler piping pre and post...
Got it sorted.
There are 4 clips in total on the battery side of that fuse box.. after releasing them you have to pull very hard and eventually it will come up enough to unbolt the fuse.
...
The Haynes manual says there are retaining clips which hold the fusible links in, but everything I've prodded at hasn't given me joy yet!
Can't seem to figure out the somehow part :1087:
Yeah mate there are 2 bolts either side of that fuse. The left hand bolt looks easy to get to but the right hand not so much.
What's involved in removing that fusebox or lifting it up slightly?
Hi all,
How on earth are you supposed to get to the nut that holds the 100A in?? I don't have a welder to make a tool or anything..
Also if someone has a spare 100A in Melbourne please let me...

Hey all,
Was planning on doing my brake fluid this afternoon however unsure whether there is a load adjustment valve or something else of this sort on a 2009 GU? Couldn't see anything that looked...
Hi all,
I replaced the fuel filter in my '09 CRD this arvo and found the line from the tank to the filter was weeping a bit after I primed the system. I've maxed out all the hose clamps but the...
Thanks for the replies guys. I don't seem to have a temp sensor there Bazilian, maybe on TI models? Turns out it's a great spot for a microphone from my new stereo!
Hey all,
I've been starring at these slots for years with no clue what they are. Could someone please enlighten me? I want to mount a bluetooth speaker in here!

I last used the road safe rebuild kit which was roughly $250, included kingpins, races and scraper sets and it hasn't let me down. Would recommend.

Sounds just like my 09 crd. If you're serviced it and it still lacks power I'd be looking at things such as injectors, rail pressure, boost and perhaps a bad batch of fuel? Could also have the...
Legend thanks mate. I do have the nut off now it's now just a matter of freeing the bolt off the bearings in the housing
Yeah Nic I did give it a whirl but only have an 18v rattle gun down here so not alot of joy! I haven't forgotten about that seat also mate, my list of things just keeps growing by the day.

Truckus, thanks for the suggestion mate, I actually happen to have a set from many years back. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a spanner near the bolt. I ended up grinding the plate off and the...
