That's what thought until I bought a new 4x4. Goes every where where a patrol can go and carries more gear.
And Not a fan of the 3.0 TD.
It's has been a great 8 years with my beloved qg patrol. But I have decided to part ways with my patrol.
It's now has been in rebuild mode for to long and my desire of hard core off-roading has...

At the time this was written, Roo were using tunit chips. AMMS (Roo Systems) put the tunit in my old 4x4 some time ago. And then Roo were able to use the tunit chip and re-brand it as there own....
Not surprised with this news, happy to take your money (way over priced chip for what they are) but not pay there supplier for the chip, which would be far cheaper than what the public pay from this...
A auto front is not the best option,
A auto locker from Detroit for remote travel in Aus I believe is a poor option if anything goes wrong...
Also Detroit are expensive and with the new ARB...
Im still 100% committed in finishing the Patrol, but don't no how long it will take...

I still have plans for the...
Thats the difference , ARB are fixing there problem, unlike the Tigerz who stuff the Consumer around. ARB care about there brand where Tigerz (EMG) only care about money by selling poor Products.
unlike the tigerz, roo and now 4wd sups centre. ARB customers service and product delivery is far better.
Most complaints are "you have had my money for months now where is my Product" they call...
Or there getting made cheaper.
I find most tube bars similar in design. But thats my opinion, And I own tube bars on my GQ AND Px ranger.
Would like to see how the xrox bar will fit around the new patrol.
You haven't seen the tjm version then...
What should the modern bar look like?
This is from ARB's latest mag that comes out every few months.

With the bar being manufactured and designed in Australia, it will come with a heavy price tag. No doubt there will be a few Chinese built bars soon enough, now ARB have done all the had work for...
I know there is a thread on here about the new patrol, but I can't find it..
