My trol is having leaks too and I observed it started when I had the transmission oil changed. I think I have to buy gear oil from nissan. MT btw.
I am just wondering how you, finally, figure this problem out? how were you able to solve it?
is the white smoke resolved already?
nozzle tips could be injecting to much fuel, no longer in mist form.
changing them is the solution ,rebuilding injectors with new tips is cheapest.
Thank You!
It only smells like coolant. And if the water level in the radiator isnt dropping fast, then its not coolant frm the heater core.
These are only speculations, anyway.d
If youll find water even if it didnt rain, then most likely its an A/C matter. It could be a drainage problem, try to check if the rubber seal of the short drain pipe that protrudes towards the...
if relay is just getting loose, try to tighten it with a nylon tie if there are holes to insert it into.
Does anyone knows the Modi setup made to the white GU which overtook the Toyota LC80 (which stopped due to water entering the engine bay) at the deep water area?
Thank you.
it could be a connection inside the steering wheel. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before touching the airbag cover of the steering wheel. Try to look for any disconnected wires. ...
Thank you for your responses. My GU didn't engage in any towing. Just travel 40-km climb every week. Pushing @ 120-150 kph in expressways.
I've checked the installed catch can of my patrol after doing 15k kms (10k miles) or 10 months of use. I was able to extract about 200ml of engine oil from the catch can. My GU III got 81k kms on...
I cleaned the headlights of my sedan last Saturday using a tooth whitening toothpaste. It's effective, lamps are clean as new.
I also found this link today which shows how to do it. ...
Remove the large barn door finisher and look for the sensor inside.
Since when did it start being that way? Did you connect any electrical or electronic gadget lately?
It is possible that the main actuator (installed in the driver's door) could be malfunctioning?...
Sorry if I offended you on this thread. I didn't mean anything other than saying for you to read that for that thread was expounded enough for anyone to look easily on the drain pipe issue if that...
I'm equally happy you found the short too. It saved us much money.
There is a previous thread similar to this issue, try reading. It could be the drain pipe from the aircon evaporator that is not draining well. The pipe could be clogged when you went thru deep...
It could be the auto locking hub not properly engaging maybe brought by seldom-used or never been-used engagement. That clack sound usually comes out when disengaging the 4W is not successful which...
Light in panel at Gas gauge sometimes doesn't glow. A simple very light tap would bring the light on.
It seems the bulb inside the panel is not properly fitted. Could the panel gauge be...
Thank you very much
Bendix drive could be worn out. Replacement part could be available elsewhere.
Both are reserve tanks. They are connected in one way or another the patrol being having only one water pump. If your car got an intercooling unit, that must be the reason why 2 reserves. A...
Welcome to the forum!
There's something in the Manual. I'm not sure if its anything 80T kms. The best you should do is to open the upper plug to check its viscosity, color and level.
I was able to locate a wire grounding to the body. The wire connecting the ceiling-mounted LCD monitor was detached from installed connections in which Nissan center didn't not secure properly. The...
