yeah thats what i thought to but iv noticed that i wont be able to put my side awning back on without it sticking way to far out, might just bite the bullet and buy a rear awning

Decided to turn the camper around over the rear doors for a try
It goes alright for a few arvos mucking around, bit on the rugged side but iv had the full weight on it a few times now with no panel damage lol

haha yeah nar i put the thermo fan there because i live in an area where it gets to 50c in the shade lol. iv actually had the car boil its head off sitting still stuck in a gully with the aircon on...
its got a 2 3/4inch beau desert exhaust running off a 3 inch dump that is in good nick so im not changing it untill it rusts out. im about 800km from my nearest dyno so im not going to have a chance...
i have thought about a front mount but i really dont have much room there with the ac condenser and i have a thermo fan it the front for the ac when its not moving.

Decided to get rid of the DTS filter box and just run the factory pre-filter untill i can get onto a zd30 gu airbox and also drilled, tapped and fitted all my after market senders for the dual SAAS...
I got onto a second hand DTS kit running 12psi (wastegate pressure) still with the factory non boost compensated pump.
It is the BEST thing you could ever do to a TD42 i can run along the highway at...

I had one in the shop recently showing all different codes and i was thinking air in the lines, changed lines to clear ones (no air bubbles) still had the problem.
Ended up pulling the injector...
Yeah i found my old td42 N/A to use about 2L/100 extra but i got all that and some back when i turbo'd it. now im getting 14L/100 at 110 with the ac on

Is it possible to run a ZD30 intercooler? would it be better then no cooler at all or would it slow the airflow and make it worse

Hey guys I just got onto a S/H DTS kit for my old TD just wondering where everybody has run their water feed and returns
Yeah I think they are about 60mm wider over all, im not too worried about the flares im more thinking of the tyres hitting the outside lip of the guards under flex mainly with the rear
