No oil or bubbles in water. Was thinking that way to start with. Still not sure. Boost slightly spikes & then holds fine. Not sure if I have Dawes valve tuned correctly yet, just fitted it. Thought...
Radiator new 30,000 km's ago. Have gone through basic checks. Flushed cooling system, both fans seem fine. Replaced thermostat.i was thinking maybe egr , so I just fitted Dawes valve & needle valve...

Just self tapped in to the plastic. Mine are roughly 25 mm long. O ring seals & holds. Only a securing screw to look pretty, I think. Air flow & o' ring do the work.
