I run 2 degree caster correction on my car for a 2 inch lift. I had that exact same issue before too.
2 degree bushes suit 2"-3" lifts btw.
Get a good rubber one, it's worth doing it...
It is probably only something that someone who can work with a welder and do it themselves would do... besides, the cost, which you're probably better off getting a quote off a metal fabrication shop...
Here's mine running 285/75-R16 and 3 inch Raw4x4 lift.

I didn't like the 3 inch lift and would like to get a little closer to the ground :p
