Ideally the sway bars should sit flat to work perfectly in all situations
Never had a problem with mine again after replacement mate.
Do it properly, not cheaply and it'll be fine
I've got the ko2s,very happy with them.
Had them for 1.5 years, can barely notice any ware on them yet.
Good in the wet and decent off road too
You'll need them to be able to adjust the pump safely.
Get the gauges then increase fuel 1/4 turn at a time until you see 550 Max going up a good hill with your foot into it.
Have you got a egt gauge and a boost gauge?
G'day mate,I had the same problem.
I bought a pair of new Chinese pumps with seals from ebay, only cost me about $20.
I'm still using the factory pumps with the new seals, fixed the problem and that...
No worries at all mate.
If you Need any more pics just ask
Agreed mate.
I think in early series 1's up to end of 91 only the St and ti's were colour coded and after then I think only dx were grey
G'day again mate.on mine the lower silver/beige comes up higher than yours but I think this answers your question.
This is a factory paint job
G'day mate,I've got the same colour gq,I can get you some pictures tomorrow.
Can you put up a picture of exactly what section you want a picture of ?
I'd be looking at master cyl.
Internal seal is probably gone allowing fluid to leak back into reservoir with no external leaks
My head was beyond repair so had to get a new one.
Yours doesn't look like it's beyond repair, wont know untill it's been pulled apart and inspected though
She's about to drop the seat.
I had it happen on an sd33 years ago,my seat smashed into pieces and killed the head.a machine shop should be able to fix it
Have you tried nissan?
G'day mate, bit hard to point you to an area with the info you've given.
Maybe you could post a video of the sound?
They don't have centre bearing in tailshaft, just a slip joint.
Good luck with it.
The factory gauges can be dodgy mate...usually bad sender unit.
Put a mechanical gauge on it and check that
Looks like part of oil cap to me,i had a bit break off too, looks just like that.
I've had a dayco in mine for 5 years now,it's been great.
Think it cost me around $120 from memory.
Sounds like it has to be a vacuum leak somewhere.
So they're good for 1st 2 or 3 pumps ???
Leak in vacuum tank maybe?
You could disconnect at alternator or vacuum pump(depending on model),seal it...
Handbrake adjustment is on the back of your gearbox as thats the handbrake.
The other pic you have is the brake bias valve....don't fiddle with it
G'day mate.yes,it is just an o ring under that plate.
That might not be the leak though.
Top cover is the usual spot, drips down and makes it look like it's the o ring.give it a good degrease and ...
Don't know if this is any help for you but the older sd33 and sd33t both have inline pumps and the sd33 has the butterfly in the inlet but the sd33t has the throttle going straight to the pump,it has...
So sorry to hear that mate.
It's a hard slug with the way things are in the "new world".
Going back 5 weeks i was on my first cruise with the wife...we were on vayager, returned 18th march.it...
Just get some extremely dark tint on it.
The rear side and barn door glass is classed as a cargo area,so it can be as dark as you want it and legal too
Best post I've seen on here in a long time.great looking work too.
Keep up the updates mate
