From what I can see, there aren't much room to use the drill of any sort even if I take springs out.
Thanks again for the suggestion, will have a think whether it's feasible to go ahead or not.

Engine fan is in, new radiator hoses is in along with radiator, bled the cooling system.
Choke knob is in.

Thermostat and coolant overflow bottle is in. Now we’re doing the springs starting in rear.

New belts are in, went to Patrolapart yesterday only to find it’s closed for long weekend.

No updates apart from bought a set of GU4 springs for $10 and see if axles are in-line with the chassis.
Don’t think I’ll get to spanner for a while, my back is now playing up and I’m at doctors...
After some googling, it may not be the case, either way I need to sort it out because 20/25mm variation from LHS to RHS.
The door is fixed! As it turns out the plastic bit where handle goes in the lock mechanism were loose and mate has fixed it.
