409 grade stainless steel is good for exhausts, some use it but most don't cos it doesn't look as pretty.

I replaced mine on my 2001 ZD30, rang a wrecker who had a low km vehicle so got a good deal. Amazing how much difference it made from the old ones.

Nothing, just working on an idea. Would be easier to start with a second awning to mock a few things up.

Does anyone have a broken tigerz (or any other brand) awning lying around? I'm trying to work out some sort of universal mounting bracket. If anyone in Melbourne has one I'm willing to exchange for...

The ad says that the standard lid is good for 120rwkw so it might not do a lot...
What tyres are you running? Maybe changing diff gears is a better way to go?
If its the same as most others I've seen it should be fairly easy to tap out with a screwdriver and a hammer. Getting a new one in it is important to get it in flat, an installing tool (anything...
I went with the ASE, I didn't like the CC as I don't believe that a pressure vessel should have sharp edges. I was very happy with the ASE although I guess it's hard to say categorically without an...
I did mine at home, would happily recommend others to give it a crack.
I've seen it too, but only on facebook and couldn't see a link to post it up here.
Sad for the dog but very lucky for the guy!
Has anyone tried the Yokohama Geolander ATS?

The guy from the tyre shop highly recommended these as they performed well in the 4WD...
A tailpipe test wouldn't reveal anything unless it could be done while commanding the EGR open and shut. If the pulled it apart and found the shim I'd be pleading ignorance, must have been there when...

Being a turbo I wouldn't think it would make much difference. Ram effect shouldn't really override any turbo pressure.
But hey, if it works - go for it!
I always laughed at guys trying the whole 'my Toyota's better' rant. They always had to grab a rock to use as a wheel chock, they'd agree that Nissan's handbrake setup was better, then they'd usually...
Very strong driveline, unbeatable LSD, a handbrake that actually holds (unlike most Toyota's). Very capable vehicle standard.

Spot on, I had one seal distorted by the tiniest amount and got water in. I found a diff pinion seal installer was the perfect size am haven't had a drama since.
Really sorry to hear, they really are mans best friend.
Hi, I've heard that VZ Commodore links work.
I've got 33's on my ZD30 Manual wagon, you will notice that she needs to work a bit harder to get going (and stopping).
I've got chip, exhaust, etc to try counteract it.
Looks normal to me
350 deg is fine.
I look at it like a cooling system, they can run all day at around 100 deg but if they go over their safe temp things go bad. EGT's are similar, as long as they stay below 500-550...
Thanks 3D, it will be a sad day when she goes.
Sold for $23,009. Not a bad price, especially under 100,000km.
