Hey peeps, I put a new engine in my pootrol (zd30) 2006. Do u have to programme new injectors or recalibrate? If so how?

Also try disconnecting the dp chip and put it back to factory to eliminate a problem with the chip

Have u checked for shorts? ? Where did u test that current from in the loom? Try checking it at ecu. If your any good with wiring try removing pin from ecu connector and test straight outta the ecu.

Di and im a diesel mechanic so its serviced more than enough

No nads 140 on it haha stuff all kms. Putting a new engine in it. Found the turbo full of dirt too which is a worry so new turbo aswell as cleaning cooler. Hopefully intake is ok. :/

Oh yeah might be a clutch spring snapped

ah yep...... replacing turbo found to be full of dirt, lucky im putting a new engine in. mm better check intake and clean cooler out!!

Wholsale autos are the best in the game with 4x4 autos. Lockup kits and valve bodies a relitivly cheap and make a bumch of difference

I love my exhaust jack its a ripper, bought it from arb and ive used it a bunch of times. Couldnt recommend them more

I think crd does need a small hole because they do have an extra sensor in the egr. It has to sense some sort of flow of air
