Is it OK to replace the DOT3 by the DOT4? What about the clutch?

Oh, I see. No, it is a manual choke. Can this one cause problems too? There is only little chance to simply bring the car to a workshop - that's Africa ;-). You always have to tell them, WHAT to fix...

The choke was def. pushed to the block. But I will check for any probs...
What electrics are related to the choke?
